Waterman Business Centres’ largest business hub at almost 7,500 sqm is nearing completion at Caribbean Park.

Set to open in December, the centre will provide businesses ranging from entrepreneurs to large enterprises with the opportunity to access modern, flexible and affordable private offices ranging from six to 400 square metres as well as large co-working spaces and meeting room hire.

Waterman Caribbean Park is a four-storey building and although each floor has a different feel and function, the building has been cohesively designed as a whole.

The top floor is dedicated to co-working hot desks, a rooftop garden and café with stunning views of the Dandenongs.

The premium facilities include an indoor basketball court, on-site gym and 125-seat training room. “Caribbean Park was chosen as it is pegged to be the largest business park in Australia so we couldn’t think of a better place to have Australia’s largest co-working centre and business hub than within its confines,” said founder Neville Waterman.

“Our growth strategy is to build the majority of our centres in the rapidly growing outer suburbs, which increases accessibility and convenience for our tenants.

Our plan is to build 30 centres around Melbourne by 2025.” Waterman centres enable users to work in collaborative environments with a strong support network, access business events and resources, and give them the best opportunity for business growth
and success.
