The Economic Development team at Knox City Council is the first and best provider of information, advice and action in support of local business and economic development.
Over 13,072 businesses, including well-known multinational corporations, have chosen to locate in the City of Knox. The City boasts an excellent mix of high quality commercial and industrial precincts, open space and attractive residential neighbourhoods that make it a sought after metropolitan business location.
We support businesses within Knox by providing education assistance with business development and planning; facilitating issues that may arise with Council, Government agencies or utilities; connecting Knox business with each other; and highlighting opportunities that may exist for funding or other business development services.
We are strongly focused on assisting businesses of all sizes and have achieved much success in boosting Knox's economic growth. Council's Economic Development team plays an important role in shaping the City's current and future vitality and prosperity and in facilitating the City's role as a leading Victorian business location.
