BJ Seminars International
Every business faces change: Times. Economic climates. Product types
Managing change is where BJ Seminars comes into its own.
Just back from overseas
This locally-based business - led by facilitators Sue James and Chris Bennett – have been busy of late training the trainers in Qingdao, China. Talking to a group of 34 international educators, BJ Seminars focused on helping them make changes in their work to benefit children and young people.
'Unique change process'
Sue and Chris have worked in the education, community and business sectors for several years, using a unique change process they call the AQ-KQ framework (Appreciative Intelligence and Kinaestic Intelligence), drawing on Appreciative Inquiry and Tai Chi. They have found the process to be extremely successful in helping organisations manage change, develop staff and realise their goals.
