• How to manage finance
• Develop a practical business plan
• Learn proven techniques for providing customer service to build your business
• Marketing and promotion
• Responsibilities and obligations when employing staff in a small business setting

Learn Local funded courses are available to those who are Australian citizens or permanent residents. Those not eligible for funding may still enrol but will need to pay a higher fee.
