Join us for our annual International Women’s Day Business Networking Event, bringing together local women in business for an inspiring evening of stories, learning, and connection.

Hear from remarkable local leaders as they share their professional journeys, insights, and experiences across manufacturing, sustainability, and social enterprise.

Our speakers include Brooke Kreuzer from Jenera, a finalist for the 2025 Woman Manufacturer of the Year. Joining Jenera in 2023 with no prior manufacturing experience, Brooke has driven process improvements and innovation, helping Jenera pivot from traditional assembly to customised solutions for Australian trucks.

Maddie Stamatoiu from Providence Foods, a sustainable retail business, and Chair of the Experience Knox Working Group. Maddie brings extensive experience in ethical retail and small business operations, along with a strong commitment to sustainability, community collaboration, and supporting local businesses across Knox.

Patricia Wilson and Rachel Ovari from Belonging Matters. Patricia is the Community Employment Partnerships Manager at Belonging Matters, a Boronia-based not-for-profit supporting social inclusion and employment for people with intellectual disability. Rachel lives in Knox and works locally at Knox Leisureworks through the Community Employment Partnership, where she is employed as a Customer Service Officer. Together, they will share their experiences of inclusive employment, community-based work, and the impact meaningful employment can have for individuals and businesses alike.

The evening will feature individual presentations from each speaker, followed by a facilitated panel Q&A exploring leadership, resilience, purpose-driven business and the realities of navigating growth and innovation as women in business.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women across Knox, share your own experiences, and strengthen your professional network in a supportive and empowering environment.

A meaningful way to celebrate International Women’s Day, through inspiration, practical insights, and community connection.
