Acknowledged by the Australian Financial Review as a 100 “Women of Influence”, Carol is the co-author of Confident Communication for Leaders and specialises in helping leaders leverage their talents to influence people around them in a positive way and get the respect they deserve.
Fern has been in the fitness industry since 2009, and in that time, completed a double degree in exercise science and a Bachelor of Business; competed and won multiple fitness model competitions in bodybuilding; and represented Australia at an international level in powerlifting.
She co-owns two gyms in Rowville and Croydon with her husband, and is also a Mum to an 18-month-old, all whilst currently training to compete in her first half ironman.
Fern loves helping women find their love for movement and health, by creating lifestyle changes they can implement for the long term.

For 15 years Susie propelled product innovation through leadership roles to develop world-class new product pipelines for multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies until Susie founded her business, Eat Drink Innovate.
Susie is an innovation consultant to food and beverage businesses, author of best-selling Amazon book, Innovation Feast: Create New Product Ideas to Feed Your Hungry Business, and hosts the successful podcast Eat. Drink. Innovate, which showcases the successful start-up stories of Australian food entrepreneurs.

Claire is a representative for the Partners in Wellbeing Helpline - a Victorian Government program – that is available to help small business owners and their employees manage feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
The service provides access to wellbeing and mental health coaches, along with specialist financial counsellors.
